Mobile Security Patrols

Patrol Officer with Vehicle: $50/hr. (minimum 4 hours)

Property Patrol Check Patrols

Not every property needs a full-time security officer but every property benefits from a visible security presence. Mobile patrols provide professional protection, visible deterrence, and documented accountability at a fraction of the cost of on-site guards.

What's included in each stop?

Visible drive-through & presence in marked patrol vehicle
Walkthrough of key areas (parking lots, gates, doors, common areas)
Removal of loiterers or trespassers if present
Photo & timestamped report sent to management (or appointed point of contact) after each stop

(Average stop time: 10–15 minutes of thorough on-site coverage)

$35/stop
1 stop per night (7 per week)

Standard Plan (Most Popular)

2 stops per night (14 per week)

Premium Plan

3 stops per night (21 per week)

Event & Club Security (Flat Rate Option)

Flat-rate coverage for nightlife venues, concerts, rodeos, festivals, and private events. Flat rate covers up to 6 hours. If the event runs longer, officers will depart unless an extension has been purchased.

Rate: $250 per officer, per night*
Coverage: Up to 6 hours of continuous service
Policy: Officers will conclude their shift at the 6-hour mark. At this time, we do not offer on-site extensions; additional coverage requires booking additional officers/hours in advance.

Minimum Staffing Guidelines

Under 100 Guests: 1 officer minimum (2 if alcohol is served)

100–300 Guests: 2 officers minimum

300–600 Guests: 3–4 officers minimum

600–1,000 Guests: 5–6 officers minimum (includes 1 Site Lead)

1,000+ Guests: 7+ officers minimum, plus 1 Site Lead (scaled at ~1 officer per 150–200 guests)

For full-time coverage inside and outside simultaneously, minimum of 2 officers are required. One will be stationed inside while the other patrols outside. *If the client prefers to use a single officer, coverage will be rotational (inside/outside at intervals), and not simultaneous.*

General Notes

4-hour minimum per officer for all hourly assignments.
Rates include officer training, licensing, and insurance.
Specialized services (VIP Protection, Executive Security, etc.) available upon request.

Payment Policy

Event Clients (One-Time or Short-Term Use)

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve officers.
Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
No Payment, No Service: Services will not begin unless full payment has been received.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms apply as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Contracted Clients (Ongoing/Corporate Accounts)

Invoicing: Contracted clients are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on agreement).
Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date.
Late Fees: A 5% late fee per month will be added to all invoices not paid by the due date.
Suspension of Services: Flag Security TX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid beyond 45 days.
