It depends on your location, level of risk, and comfort. Unarmed officers are an excellent choice for lower-risk environments, retail stores, and general deterrence. Armed officers provide an elevated level of protection where threats or higher-risk situations are more likely. We’ll help you assess which option is best for your needs. 

 Yes. All our officers meet or exceed state licensing requirements and undergo continuous training in areas such as de-escalation, conflict resolution, emergency response, and customer service. Armed officers are also firearm-certified. 

 Absolutely. We provide short-term and long-term coverage, whether you need security for a few hours, multiple days, or an ongoing contract.  We maintain a 4-hour minimum per officer, per shift. 

 Scheduling depends on officer availability, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible; especially for large events or long-term contracts. All assignments require a minimum of 4 hours per officer, per shift.

For urgent needs, FLAG Security also offers an emergency scheduling option for requests made within 24–48 hours. While this is subject to availability, we do our best to meet last-minute security needs.

Yes. Our officers are trained to coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure incidents are handled quickly and appropriately. 

Because every assignment is unique, our rates are based on your specific needs; such as the type of officer (armed or unarmed), the size of the team, the length of service, and the nature of the job. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we provide custom quotes to make sure you receive the right level of protection at a fair price. 

 We currently serve Tarrant, Dallas, Parker, Denton, Collin, Johnson, Ellis, and Rockwall Counties. If you don’t see your county listed, reach out. While we can’t guarantee service everywhere, we’re open to discussing opportunities.
