 At this time, FLAG Security provides unarmed security officers only. However, all of our officers are highly trained and certified professionals. Each officer is equipped with batons and handcuffs while on duty and receives bi-monthly training in detainment, takedown, and use-of-force procedures to ensure safety and effective response in any situation. 

At this time, our officers do not carry firearms. However, for clients who want additional safety measures, we offer trained officers who may carry less-lethal tools, including tasers and OC pepper spray.

• Officer Training: Only officers who have completed certified training in taser and pepper spray use are authorized to carry these devices.
   
• Client Choice: Carrying these tools is optional; your officer will only be assigned with your prior consent.
   
• Safety & Responsibility: If OC pepper spray is deployed inside your facility, it may require professional cleanup and HVAC/duct remediation. Clients who authorize the use of pepper spray accept responsibility for any associated costs.
   
• Effectiveness: These less-lethal tools provide officers with a safe way to protect themselves and others from potentially dangerous situations without firearms.
   

If you’d like your officer to carry one of these less-lethal devices, we will provide a consent form and full details during the booking process.

 Yes. All our officers meet or exceed state licensing requirements and undergo continuous training in areas such as de-escalation, conflict resolution, emergency response, and customer service.

 Absolutely. We provide short-term and long-term coverage, whether you need security for a few hours, multiple days, or an ongoing contract.  We maintain a 4-hour minimum per officer, per shift. 

 Scheduling depends on officer availability, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible; especially for large events or long-term contracts. All assignments require a minimum of 4 hours per officer, per shift.

For urgent needs, FLAG Security also offers an emergency scheduling option for requests made within 24–48 hours. While this is subject to availability, we do our best to meet last-minute security needs.

Yes. Our officers are trained to coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure incidents are handled quickly and appropriately. 

Unarmed officers are trained professionals who provide a strong visible presence to deter problems before they start. They carry batons and handcuffs, receive regular hands-on training, and know how to respond safely and effectively to incidents. For most properties and events, an unarmed officer is not only effective but also approachable and professional; keeping your people and property safe without unnecessary escalation. 

Because every assignment is unique, our rates are based on your specific needs; such as the size of the team, the length of service, and the nature of the job. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we provide custom quotes to make sure you receive the right level of protection at a fair price. 

 We currently serve Tarrant, Dallas, Parker, Denton, Collin, Johnson, Ellis, and Rockwall Counties. If you don’t see your county listed, reach out. While we can’t guarantee service everywhere, we’re open to discussing opportunities.
